Saturday 16th July, whilst staying overnight in Malton we stumbled across this jewel 'The Cross Keys' were a warm and friendly welcome awaited us. The food was to die for, everything we tried during our afternoon visit was superb and very well presented and great value for money.
We were that impressed that we returned on the evening to have yet another fantastic meal, were the owner was very attentive and even let us stay to finish our drinks whilst he and his family sat down to their meals at the end of the evening!
I would definately recommend this establishment as a must if you visit Malton and want great food, drink and atmosphere.

We just want to tell everyone about this amazing place - malton is so lucky to have it, the food is the best for miles around and in our opinion its the best restaurant in ryedale. The hosts are great at advising you of the best dishes. We have not had a bad meal...please support this place!

What a treat to find some real authentic, tasty and spicy Thai food in the UK, even satisfying our Asian usual cravings for more veges. Recommended by the B&B Brambling Fields near Malton, we were very pleasantly impressed with the quality of the food, excellent service and very friendly people. Congratulations on such a winner, so much choice and all beautifully presented, well done! Hope we can get to visit again next trip to the UK.

Best Sunday lunch in North Yorkshire! The veg are cooked perfectly - lovely roast potatoes and the meat is tender, staff friendly and efficient - will definitely be back!

Went to Malton for a weekend break with our parents and after being let down with the quality of our accommodation we decided to eat here and what a brilliant choice it was. All the staff were attentive friendly and helpful, and the food was second to none. The waiter we had who I presume was the owner was a brilliant salesman as he persuaded our parents to eat Thai food for the first time which they all loved and will be trying again. so once again thank you to all the staff for good food, looking after us and an enjoyable evening.

My family visited on Sunday 12th April for lunch. We all agreed it was the best Sunday lunch we had experienced (we have eaten many meals in many locations!) The service was excellent, the food even more so. Friendly staff, good food it couldn't have been any better. Thank you.
